子宫内膜样腺癌组织中 p-ERK1／2的表达变化及意义
Expression changes and significance of p-ERK1/2 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma

Abstract
Objective To explore the expression changes and clinical significance of extracellular signal -regulated ki-nase (p-ERK1/2) in endometrioid adenocarcinoma .Methods The expression of p-ERK1/2 in 22 cases of endometrioid endometrial cancer (EEC), 20 cases of atypical hyperplasia endometria (EAH) and 20 cases of normal endometria was de-tected by immunohistochemical SP method .Results The expression rates of p-ERK1/2 were 30% ( 6/20 ) , 65% ( 13/20) and 45.5%(10/22) in the normal endometria , EAH and EEC.Compared with the normal endometrial , the positive expression rate of p-ERK1/2 in EAH was higher (P=0.030).In EEC, the positive expression rate of p-ERK1/2 was not statistically different with that of normal endometria and EAH (P=0.306, P=0.207).The expression of p-ERK1/2 was not related with clinicopathological parameters (all P>0.05).Conclusions The p-ERK1/2 overexpression in EEC tissue is not increased , which is related to the endometrium from normal to atypical hyperplasia .However , it may not directly take part in the process of endometrial carcinoma .关键词
