香砂六君子汤配合贴敷治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良的疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with acupoint sticking apply in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen‐stomach deficiency type .Methods :There were 114 pa‐tients with functional dyspepsia of spleen‐stomach deficiency type who accepted the treatment .They were randomly divid‐ed into 3 groups(each 38 patients):the A、B、C group .The A group were treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction com‐bined with acupoint sticking apply ,the B group were treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction only ,the C group taking Domperidone medicine .The 3 groups were observed after treatment .Results:After four weeks’ treatment ,the efficien‐cy of the A group was 92 .1% ,the B group was 76 .3% ,and the total effective rate was 63 .2% in the C group .There was statistical significance in the 3 groups (P<0 .05) .It also showed significant difference the symptom scores after treat‐ment in the 3 groups (P<0 .05) ,The A group was significantly better than the groups of B and C .Conclusion :We use Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with acupoint sticking apply to treat the patients of functional dyspepsia of spleen‐stomach deficiency type ,the curative effect is definite .关键词
