滋肾养肝健脾法治疗原发性干燥综合征36例

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects for therapy of Zishen Yanggan Jianpi Decoction in the treat‐ment for primary Sjogren’s Syndrome(pSS) .Methods :68 patients were randomly divided into the control group (32 ca‐ses) ,which were only administered with hydroxychloroquine ,and the treatment group (36 cases) that were treated with hydroxychloroquine combined with Zishen Yanggan Jianpi Decoction .Two of the interventions lasted for three months . Results :Compared with that before treatment ,the symptoms ,signs and laboratory indexes were significantly improved after treatment in both groups (P<0 .05 ,P<0 .01) .And the treatment group was superior to the control one (P<0 . 01) .Furthermore the total effective rate and adverse reaction were significant differences between the two groups ,which were respectively 63 .63% and 27 .27% in the control group ,while 96 .15% and 3 .85% in the treatment group .Conclu‐sions :The treatment group that supplied hydroxychloroquine combined with Zishen Yanggan Jianpi Decoction can amelio‐rate the symptoms of the patients ,improve clinical efficacy and decrease adverse reactions .关键词
