温阳利水煎对慢性心力衰竭心肌重构钙调磷酸酶信号通道的影响
The effects of Wenyang Lishui decoction on calcineurin signal pathway of rats with chronic heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of wenyang lishui decoction calcineurin signal pathway of rats with chronic heart failure to explore the possible mechanism on treatmenting heart failure .Method:Except for the blank group (n=10) ,Adria mycin was given intraperitoneally to fifty SPF grade SD rats to copy the model of heart failure .The heart failure rats were divided into model group ,wenyang lishui decoction treating group( high ,middle and low dose group) and the positive control group(dioxin group) .Giving wenyang lishui decoction to the treatment group for 6 weeks ,then detect the the left ventricular weight index ,right ventricular weight index ,CaN and NFAT 3 protein expression .Results :After treatmen ,the indexes of hemodynamics in heart failure rats can be improved ,The levels of left ventricular weight index ,right ventricular weight index ,CaN and NFAT 3 protein expression in treatment significantly reduced .Conclusions :Wenyang lishui decoction can inhibit the expressions of CaN and NFAT3 in the cardiac index ,and this maybe a mecha‐nism in postponing the process of the heart failure .关键词
