中西医结合治疗下肢丹毒临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine syndrome differentia‐tion treatment of lower extremity joint erysipelas clinical efficacy .Methods :January 2013~June 2014 were treated 76 ca‐ses of erysipelas were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,38 cases in each group .Treatment group were given castor seed Bixie shengshi decoction ,golden Plaster ,and penicillin G intravenous therapy .The control group received intravenous penicillin G ,magnesium sulfate topical treatment effects were observed .Results :The cure rate of 92 .10% ,the total efficiency of 100% ,the cure rate was 65 .79% in the control group ,the total efficiency of 97 .37% , there was a significant difference groups cure rate(P<0 .05) .Treatment group compared with the control group short time (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of lower limb erysipelas ,can improve the cure rate and shorten the course ,a good effect .关键词
