加味四逆散对肝纤维化大鼠肝组织 miRNA-146a表达的影响
Expression of miRNA-146a in liver tissue of hepatic fibrosis in rats treated with Jiawei Sini powder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the significance of pathological changes and miRNA‐146a expression in liver tis‐sue of Hepatic Fibrosis in Rats treated with Jiawei Sini powder .Methods :The pathology changes were observed by HE staining and expressions of miRNA‐146a in liver tissue of hepatic fibrosis in rats treated with Jiawei Sini powder were de‐tected by SYBR Green quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( qRT‐PCR) analysis .Results:There were only mild inflammation in portal area and ease of fibrous connective and the expression of the miRNA‐146a signifi‐cantly increased in liver tissue of hepatic fibrosis rats treated with Jiawei Sini powder .Conclusion :Jiawei Sini powder could regulate the expression of miRNA‐146a to inhibit hepatic fibrosis .关键词
