冰珍去翳滴眼液治疗不同类型老年性白内障的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of bingzhenquyi eye drops treatment for different types of senile cataract .Methods:126 cases (240 eyes) of diagnosed cataract patients were randomLy divided into groups of ex‐perimental and control group .63 cases (120 eyes) in both groups were separately divided into cortical ,nuclear and poste‐rior subcapsular cataract further .Patients of experimental group treated with bingzhenquyi eye drops meanwhile the pa‐tients of control group treated with pirenoxine sodium eye drops .Then follow up of 6 months .Results:The effective rate of experimental group was 75 .8% compared with control group was 74 .1% (P﹥0 .05) .The therapic effective rate of different types of senile cataract shows that the treatment effective rate of posterior subcapsular cataract for two groups was different .with statistical difference (P﹤0 .05) .Conclusion:There is no significantly difference of total clinical effica‐cy between two grups ,but the therapic effective rate of posterior subcapsular cataract of bingzhenquyi eye drops was bet‐ter than pirenoxine sodium eye drops obviously .关键词
