尺胫针治疗腰部急性软组织损伤55例
Observation of the waist can be truler tibial effect of acute soft tissue injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of acupuncture to treat acute waist in patients with ul‐nar tibial and soft tissue injury .Methods :110 cases were divided into the patient trials met our criteria for tibia needle group and the ulnar wrist ankle acupuncture group ,55 cases in each group .The two groups cure once a day ,a total of 6 times .Two groups judge before treatment、needling at the first time immediately、after 15mins ,immediately after the needle using a visual analogue scale (VAS ) assessment .Results:after acupuncture and needle immediately after 15minVAS scoring ruler tibial needle group than the wrist ankle acupuncture group was better (P < 0 .01);the needle immediately after the VAS score had no difference between two groups (P > 0 .05) .Conclusion :The ruler of tibial nee‐dle group than the wrist ankle acupuncture analgesic onset time is shorter ,faster .关键词
