三针疗法治疗类肩胛上神经卡压症50例

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Three‐needle Therapy in the treatment of analogous to suprascapular nerve entrapment (SNE) .Methods:To apply the Three‐needle therapy among the 50 out‐patients in a sit‐ting or prone position ,to position the acupoint of the first needle in the intersection of subscapular muscle midline with in‐ferior angle of scapula;and the second needle locates the line of acromion with inferior angle of scapula;and the third nee‐dle lies 2 centimeters below the midpoint of spina scapulae .To employ the reducing method of twirling manipulation and connect the acusector therapeutic appratus after getting qi sensation ,meanwhile lasting 30minutes every time with once a day ,in addition ,14 days as a course of treatment ,arranging the follow‐up visit within one month .Results:It indicates that all the syndromes ,integral of the signs and total points significantly decreased compared with the prior treatment (P<0 .01) ,which also illustrates that Three‐needle therapy to treat analogous to suprascapular nerve entrapment has got the significant effects ,50 cases of patients after treatment the effective rate of the clinical syndromes and signs were 96% , besides ,no relapse during the one‐month follow‐ups .Conclusion:It is individually different on the aspect of clinical observation indicators ,pathogenesis ,clinical manifestation and pathological signs with the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy .关键词
