丹参总酚酸提取物磷脂复合物制备工艺研究
Research on preparation of salvia total phenolic acids-phospholipid complex
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the optimum conditions for the formation of Salvia total phenolic acids complex with phospholipids .Method:With combined percentage as evaluation index ,adopt single factor and orthogonal design test methods study the following factor:compound solvent type ,drugs and phospholipid proportion ,the concentration of the extract ,reaction time and the temperature .Results:The optimized preparation conditions for Salvia total phenolic acids phytosomes were obtained as follows :Solvent was mathanol .The ratio of Salvia total phenolic acids to phospholipid was 1 to 2 .Temperature was 60℃ .Reaction time was 1 h .Salvia total phenolic acids concentration was 3mg/mL .Conclusion :The formation of Salvia total phenolic acids complex with phospholipid is greatly influenced by the solvent ,concentration and temperature;the optimized preparation is feasible and stable .关键词
