寒痹康汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清VEGF的影响
Hanbikang decoction on the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the serum of the rats with the collagen-induced arthritis

Abstract
ABSTRCAT Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the anti‐rheumatism drug– hanbikang decoction on the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the serum of the rats with the collagen‐induced arthritis(CIA) .Methods :The CIA rats induced by the bovine type Ⅱ collagen and incomplete freund's adjuvant were taken as the experimental rats in both the control group and the experimental group .The contol group was treated with methotrexate while the experi‐mental groups with different doses were given hanbikang decoction .The clinical effect of different doses of hanbikang de‐cotion on the joint swelling index and the serum VEGF level of the CIA rats were observed .Results:The joint swelling index and the increased VEGF in the experimental groups were reduced(P < 0 .01) .There was no siginificant difference in the clinical effects between the experiemntal group with medium doses and the control group (P > 0 .05) .The condi‐tion of the CIA rats were significantly improved in the the experiemntal group with high doses compared with that in the control group(P<0 .01) .Conclusion :The anti‐rheumatism drug– hanbikang decoction is effective in treating the rheu‐matoid arthritis by reducing the serum VEGF of the CIA rats .关键词
