电针足三里对AD小鼠大脑皮层APP和Aβ表达的影响
Effects of electro-acupuncture at“Zusanli”on the expressions of APP and Aβin the cortex of Alzheimer's disease mice

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expressing levels of APP and Aβ proteins owing to the influence of e‐lectro‐acupuncture at“Zusanli” in Seneseenee accelerated mice (SAMP8) brain .Methods :The Seneseenee accelerated mice (SAMP8) were randomLy divided into 3 groups :model group ,anelectro‐acupuncture group ,and sham‐acupuncture group .The SAMR1 was used as control .The expressing levels of APP and Aβproteins were evaluated by immunohisto‐chemical assays .Results :The expressing levels of APP and Aβproteins in the cortex of Seneseenee accelerated mice were high .They were both reduced by electro‐acupuncture compared with model group or sham‐acupuncture group . The differences were statistically significant(P<0 .01 ,P<0 .01) .Meanwhile ,there were no statistically significant difference between the various indicators in sham‐acupuncture group(P>0 .05 ,P>0 .05) .Conclusion:Alzheimer's disease could be treated effectively by Electro‐acupuncture at “Zusanli” .The mechanism was possibly related to the down‐regulated ex‐pressing levels of APP and Aβproteins in the cortex of SAMP8 .关键词
