针刺促进脑缺血后内源性神经干细胞增殖分化的研究进展
Acupuncture to promote proliferation and differentiation of endogenous neural stem cells after cerebral ischemia
摘要
Abstract
Obiective:To review the research progress of acupuncture to promote proliferation and differentiation of en‐dogenous neural stem cells (ENSCs)after cerebral ischemia .Methods :A computer‐based retrieval of PubMed Database ,Chinese Journal Full‐text Database ,China Doctor Dissertation Full‐text Database and China Excellent Master Dissertation Full‐text Data‐base to search articles describing the research progress of Acupuncture to Promote Proliferation and differentiation of ENSCs after cerebral ischemia which published from 2004‐01to 2014‐12 using the key words‘acupuncture ,endogenous neural stem cells ,cerebral ischemia ,proliferation and differentiation’ .The repetitive studies were exclude .The retrieved literatures contained original thesis , articles and reviews .Meanwhile ,It to bring in the dredging hinge of acupuncture therapy .Conclusion:A number of papers have proven that acupuncture can promoteproliferation and differentiation of ENSCs after cerebral ischemia .Richly it’ll to play the advan‐tages of acupuncture ,combine acupuncture and neuroscience closely ,enchance the recovery of function of brain damage .关键词
