Abstract
Objective:Observation and analysis of the endothelial function and intelligence between TCM syndrome types of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI) .Methods:We divided VCI patients with diagnosis of syndrome classifica‐tion into the shenxu suijian type ,xingan yinxu type ,xinpi liangxu type ,tanzhuo zuqiao type ,qizhi xueyu type ,each type to collect 30 cases ,tested its vascular endothelin 1 (ET‐1) ,nitric oxide (NO ) ,hypersensitive c‐reactive protein (hs‐CRP) and simple intelligent mental state scale (MMSE) score were compared .Results :The levels of ET‐1 and hs–CRP of qizhi xueyu type and tanzhuo zuqiao type were higher than the other types .The levels of shenxu suijian type and xingan yinxu type were observable different from tanzhuo zuqiao type and qizhi xueyu type .MMSE scores of tanzhuozuqiao type and qizhixueyu type significantly were lower than the other types .Conclusion:ET‐1 ,hs‐CRP levels have certain relations with TCM syndrome types of VCI and cognitie impairment .ET‐1 ,hs‐CRP can be used as a reference index between TCM syndrome types of the VCI .关键词
