穴位注射配合针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate patients with cervical radiculopathy using acupiont injection combined with acupuncture .Methods :105 patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=56) and control group (n=49) . Observation group combined acupuncture point injection ,the control group was treated with acupuncture .Results :The total after three courses of treatment efficiency (91 .07% ) in observation group was significantly higher than that in con‐trol group(75 .51% ) .VAS score was significantly lower in observation group than the control group .Observation group numbness score after treatment was significantly lower than the control group .MDA in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group and SOD was higher .The two groups during treatment showed no significant adverse reac‐tions .Conclusion:Acupuncture point injection therapy has remarkable curative effect on nerve root cervical spondylosis .关键词
