补肾通经方加中药外敷治疗卵巢早衰疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe of treating premature ovarian failure with Bushen tongjing prescription and external application of TCM .Methods :107 cases of the patients included in the study of simple randomly divided into the observation group (56 cases) and control group (51 cases) .The control group was given artificial cycle therapy ;the ob‐servation group were based on the given Bushen Tongjing prescription combined with external application of Chinese medi‐cine .At last ,observed the clinical therapeutic effect and serum estradiol (E2 ) ,follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and lu‐teinizing hormone (LH) level .Results :The observation group total effectiveness was 91 .07% ,the comparison group to‐tal effectiveness was 62 .45% ,the total efficiency of two groups had significant difference (P<0 .05);After the end of treatment ,the observation group of FSH ,LH and E2 were improved obviously compared with the control group ,there were significant differences (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Bushen Tongjing prescription combined with external application of Chinese medicine treatment of premature ovarian failure is exact ,clinical worth using .关键词
