芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对脑钠素和血清炎性因子的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and influence on brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and se‐rum inflammatory factor of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of CHF .Methods :76 cases of CHF were randomly di‐vided into two groups ,38 patients in each group .Two groups were received routine treatment ,and the research group were given Qiliqiangxin capsule treatment .The clinical efficacy ,BNPand serum inflammatory factor of two groups were observed .Results :The effective rate of research group was 93 .48% ,significantly higher than the control group .LVEDD and LVESD of two groups after treatment were obviously decreased ,while EF and E/A were significantly increased than before treatment ;and the change of each index of treatment group than in the control group was more significant .BNP , TNF‐alpha ,CRP and IL‐6 levels of two groups after treatment were obviously decreased than before treatment ;and the change of the index of treatment group than in the control group was more significant .Conclusion :Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of CHF can improve heart function ,and effectively reduce the levels of plasma BNP and serum levels of in‐flammatory factors ,clinical application and high promotion value .关键词
