中医灼烙方法治疗慢性扁桃体炎的临床效果
Clinical effect of Chinese medicine cauterization method on Treatment of chronic tonsillitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and research the clinical effect of Chinese medicine cauterization method on treatment of chronic tonsillitis .Methods :240 patients with chronic tonsillitis from early March 2010 to early March 2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects .They were randomly divided into the experimental group (120 ca‐ses) and control group (120 cases) ,the control group was treated by azithromycin ,experimental group used Chinese cau‐terization manner .Observed two groups’ clinical efficacy and recovery situation closely as well as complications .Results :After the treatment ,the total effective rate of experimental group was (88 .33% ) ,and it was (60 .83% ) in control group , namely the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;The complication rate of experi‐mental group (6 .67% ) was significantly lower than that 33 .33% control group ,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Chinese cauterization treatment method has good effect on chronic tonsillitis ,it has the follow advantages ,such as fast recovery ,less complications and can significantly improve the cure rate .关键词
