气相色谱法测定麝香保心丸中冰片和麝香酮的含量
Determinnation of borneol and muscone in Shexiang Baoxin Pills by GC
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the methods for determing borneol and Musk ketone in Shexiang Baoxin Pills .Method:GC(Thermo‐TG‐WAXMS capillary column ;FID as detector)were used ,The column temperature was rose by program .Results :A good linearity relationship with the peak areas was exhibited when the sample size of borneol and Musk ketone were in the range of 32 .06~513 .02μg/mL (r=0 .9997) and y=8 .1037x -0 .7348μg/mL(r=0 .9995) re‐spectively ,The average rate of recovery was 98 .7% and 98 .6% .Conclusion:The method is simple、accurate、and highly sensitive and suitable for Shexiang Baoxin Pills .关键词
