壮骨止痛方提取物对去势雌鼠骨密度和骨生物力学影响
Effects of extracts from Zhuanggu Zhitong formula on expression of bone density and bone biomechanics in ovariectomized rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe effect of extracts from Zhuanggu Zhitong formula on bone mineral density and bone biome-chanics of female rats with bilateral ovaries resection (ovariectomy). Methods:60 female SD rats were randomly separated into blank group,sham-operated group,model group and Zhuanggu Zhitong formula group with 15 rats in each group. Cas-trated female rats model were made by ovariectomy,then were killed after 13 weeks′ feeding. Finally,the changes of bone mineral density and bone biomechanics of castrated female rats were observed. Results:Zhuanggu Zhitong formula could increased the bone density,maximum stress of shin bone and the maximum flexural strength of the rats,which had sig-nificant differences comparing with model group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Zhuanggu Zhitong formula possess anti-osteoporo-sis effect.关键词
