蝎参壮阳口服液的质量标准研究
Study of quality standard for Xieshen Zhuangyang oral liquid
摘要
Abstract
Objecti ve:To establish quality standard for Xieshen Zhuangyang oral liquid. Method:Ginseng in prescription was identified by TLC,and the content of icraiin was detected by HPLC. Results:The ginsenoside Rg1 spots were clear. Icraiin showed a good liner relationship at the range of 0.012μg~0.178μg (r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 96.8%(RSD=1.69%). Conclusion:The methods are available with a good reproducibility and can be control the quality of Xieshen Zhuangyang oral liquid.关键词
