UPLC法测定五味温通除痹胶囊中黄芩苷的含量
Content determination of baicalin in Wuwei Wentong Chubi capsule by UPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for content determination of baicalin in Wuwei Wentong Chubi capsule by UPLC. Methods:UPLC method was performed on the acquity UPLC BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)column with ace-tonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(25∶75)as mobile phase and the flow rate was 0.25 mL/min. Detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results:The linear ranger of baicalin was 0.095 5 μg~0.955 0 μg. Aver-age recovery rate was 99.21% and RSD was 1.16%. Conclusions:The method is accurate,reliable and practical,and can be used for the quality control of Wuwei Wentong Chubi capsule.关键词
