薏苡仁油β-环糊精包合物稳定性的研究
The stability of clathrate of coix seed oil withβ-cyclodextrin
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To verify the stability of β-cyclodextrin clathrate of coix see d oil. Method:We underwent high tem-perature,photolysis and moisture resistant experiment of clathrate and physical mixture of coix seed oil with triolein con-tent as measurement indicators. Result:Under the influences of light,heat,humidity and other factors,change of triolein content in clathrate was less than that in physical mixture. Conclusion:β-cyclodextrin clathrate of coix seed oil has a certain properties of anti-photolysis,thermal stability and moisture stability.关键词
