薏苡仁油β-环糊精包合物稳定性的研究OA
The stability of clathrate of coix seed oil withβ-cyclodextrin
目的：验证薏苡仁油/β-环糊精包合物的稳定性。方法：以主要成分甘油三油酸酯含量为测定指标，分别对薏苡仁油包合物和物理混合物进行高温、光解和耐高湿实验。结果：在光、热、湿等因素影响下，包合物中甘油三油酸酯的含量变化明显小于物理混合物。结论：薏苡仁油β-环糊精包合物具有一定的抗光解性、热稳定性和湿稳定性。
Objective:To verify the stability of β-cyclodextrin clathrate of coix see d oil. Method:We underwent high tem-perature,photolysis and moisture resistant experiment of clathrate and physical mixture of coix seed oil with triolein con-tent as measurement indicators. Result:Under the influences of light,heat,humidity and other factors,change of triolein content in clathrate was less than that in physical mixture.
