Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for determination of amoxicillin sodium for injection by HPLC. Method:HPLC was performed on C18 column with 0.05 mol/L Potassium Phosphate Monobasic-Acetonitrile (97.5:2.5)as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was at 25 ℃. Result:The linear range of amoxicillin was within the range of 0.25 mg/mL~0.75 mg/mL. The average recovery rate was 99.4%,and RSD was 0.12%(n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple,fast and reproducible.It can be used for determina-tion of amoxicillin sodium for injection.关键词
