Review of management policies governing rural homestead land in China since the reform
摘要
Abstract
The rural homestead management system plays a signiifcant role in new urbanization. This article addresses three aspects of the rural homestead management system: the legal framework, the Party Central Committee policy, and government legislation. The study analyzes the deifciencies and consequences of the rural homestead management system, particularly the conlfict between the protection of the environment and property. The existing management policy system cannot effectively resolve complications associated with homestead utilization, and it is therefore necessary to innovate the system to promote reform and development of rural land.关键词
