Abstract
The Songjiang district is used as a case study to further explore the dynamic evolution of the spatial distribution of rural residents in Shanghai suburbs. Land use change and statistical data for 2003–2013 are used in a Geographical Information System (GIS) to calculate the landscape pattern index and analyze the evolution of the spatial distribution of rural residents in Songjiang district. Finaly, spatial layout optimization measures are proposed based on the problems identiifed in the spatial layout of rural residents.关键词
