耕地破坏程度鉴定的主要问题及对策建议
The identiifcation of farmland destruction and suggestions for improving management policies
摘要
Abstract
This study combines system analysis and research to identify conditions, management mechanisms, and policies that result in the destruction of farmland. Combined with the implementation of Hainan study, arable damage identiifcation provides a reference for the appraisal of complete farmland destruction. The study found that damage to cultivated land and quality increases need to be clariifed, and identiifcation standards must be improved. The results show the need for identifying acts of sabotage that destroy arable farmland, and improving standards and management policies.关键词
