台湾创意人才培养方式对上海创意人才教育和培养的启示
THE REVELATION COMING FROM TAIWAN CREATIVE TALENT CULTIVATION MODE TO SHANGHAI CREATIVE TALENT EDUCATION
摘要
Abstract
With the boom of global creative economy, it is evident that creative industries contribute a lot to domestic economy, which reflects a vital method of promoting future industrial economy, that is, developing creative industry. With regard to creative industry, the foremost factor is creative talent and the cultivation of competitive creative talents with sustainable innovation ability. When concerned with creative industries, Taiwan is superior to Shanghai no matter in term of industrial maturity or international visibility. The diversified measures of fostering talents include both the folk breeding institutions that specialy cultivate creative ability and incubation center combined with production,and so on. On these bases, the essay aims to provide some inspiration in order to accelerate the cultivation of creative talents in Shanghai by introducing and researching that of Taiwan.关键词
