The Effect of Flow Experience on Learning Performance for Managerial Courses--the mediating effect of learning satisfaction
摘要
Abstract
This study explores the effect of flow experience, learning satisfaction and learning hard on learning performance based on flow theory. The empirical findings suggest that flow experience resulting from class discussion positively influence learning satisfaction, whereas flow experience resulting from class discussion has no significant effect on learning performance, on the other hand, flow experience resulting from team project has no signiifcant effect on learning satisfaction, and has positively effect on learning performance. The mechanisms revealed by this study not only shed light on teaching administrating, but also have important practical significance in enhancing teacher’s performance by means of experiential education.关键词
