Effect of focused professional training on comprehensive ability of new orthopaedic nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of focused professional training on comprehensive ability of new or -thopaedic nurses .Methods A total of 20 orthopaedic nurses in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital employed during 2012 to 2013 were selected .They received focused professional training for 1 month.Their comprehen-sive theory and skills , basic specialty theory and operational skills , orthopaedic rehabilitation skills , and usage of nursing devices and instruments before and after the training were observed .Results Their comprehensive theory and skills , basic specialty theory and operational skills , orthopaedic rehabilitation skills , and usage of nursing devices and instruments were significantly improved after the training (P<0.001).Conclusion The focused professional training can help to improve the comprehensive ability of new orthopaedic nurses , and is contributed to the nursing development .关键词
