摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the real feelings of malignant tumor patients and the psychological needs of their family members during radiotherapy .Methods A total of 13 malignant tumor patients receiving radiother-apy for the first time were chosen in Tai′an Tumor Hospital , Shandong Province from October 2010 to October 2011.The patients and their family members received deep interviews by phenomenological method of qualita -tive research .Results The real experiences of malignant tumor patients were heavy pressure , negativly coping with radiotherapy reactions , burden of medical expenses , and active response style .The real experiences of fam-ily members were great pressure , uncertain prognosis , and demanding of rehabilitation knowledge .Conclusion The nursing staff should deeply realize the real feelings of malignant tumor patients and the psychological needs of their family members , and provide specific health guidance for them to improve radiotherapy effect and their life quality , and to promote rehabilitation of patients .关键词
