社区养老服务设施发展趋势、现实特征与规划建议*--以南京为例
Development Trends, Realistic Characteristics and Planning Suggestions on Community-Based Aging Service Facilities-A Case Study of Nanjing
摘要
Abstract
This paper illustrated the policy orientation of community-based aging services and related facilities in Nanjing, and it’s found that it is basically in line with the international trend. Taking Nanjing as a case for analyzing the present situation of community-based aging service facilities, this paper summarized four characteristics in terms of developing stage, facility conditions, operation mode and spatial needs. In the end, suggestions on planning for community-based aging facility were put forward, covering four aspects-the standard formulation, spatial guidance, operation guarantee and community development.关键词
