Research on Digital Structural Performance Morphologies
摘要
Abstract
The rapid development of the digital technique based on structural performance and the demand for architectural form innovation are gradually directing structural performance design toward the digital era. The digital era redeifnes the relationship between architecture and structural engineering, which brings new opportunities for integration of two disciplines. The development of digital technique gives tremendous impetus to the innovation of both philosophy and methods of architecture design. In the academic field, many educational institutions are actively exploring the new educational mode which is adapted with the new era, trying to re-introduce the structural knowledge into architectural education. From the perspective of architecture, this article analyzes the history, technique, design philosophy and educational mode of the digital era of structural performance design, and gives a brief introduction to the relevant practice completed under the author’s guidance.关键词
