The Evolution and Tendency of Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of the World Heritage Convention, 2005-2014

Abstract
From 2005 to 2014, new tendencies of application/selection and monitoring of world heritages are emerging, faced with the new challenges of world heritages protection. The constructing target, structural framework and main contents of Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of the World Heritage Convention have changed gradually in the following three aspects: the monitoring procedures which in the whole protection processes of world heritages have been more and more perfect; the participating subjects and methods used in the processes have been richer and more effective; the properties of nominations and inscriptions have turned to be blank types of typological framework, chronological-regional framework and thematic framework. It will offer some references for the sustainability of world heritages in our country.关键词
