摘要

Abstract

The dynamic variation of temperature,pH,electric conduction,carbon,nitrogen, phosphorus in chicken manure composting process were studied using chicken manure and rice husk as raw material for composting experiment.And the effect of compost on Chinese cabbage,cucumber with different composting time(15 d,25 d,35 d,50 d)were also studied.The results showed that:with the extension of composting time,composting maturity of chicken manure was increased,and reached maturity at 50 d.The seedling number per unit area of Chinese cabbage increased with composting time,but there were no significant difference between treatments.There were no adverse effects on the survival rate of cucumber,plant biomass aboveground and underground,plant height,root length, leaf chlorophyll SPAD value of Chinese cabbage and cucumber.Correlation analysis between the physiochemical indexes of compost maturity and vegetable physiological indexes illustrated that:there were high relationship among physicochemical indexes,physicochemical index and germination index, but no high relationship between physicochemical index and vegetable field biological index.Different maturity of chicken manure compost had different effects on vegetable seedling and seedling growth, low maturity of chicken manure may have effects on vegetable seedlings and little effect on transplanted seedlings.
