摘要

Abstract

The effects of medium initial pH value,nitrogen source,carbon source,culture temperature,inoc-ulum,ventilation,shaking speed on liquid spawn cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii were discussed to determine the optimum culture conditions through the single factor screening method.The results showed that the optimum ini-tial pH was 6,the optimum nitrogen source were yeast powder and bean cake powder,the suitable carbon source was glucose,the optimum culture temperature was 27 ℃,the optimum inoculum was 12%,the optimum shaking speed was 123 r/min,and the better ventilation mode was gauze packing.
