低剂量农药对禾谷缢管蚜生殖力的 Hormesis 效应及机理研究

Abstract
The stimulatory effect and mechanism of low-dose imidacloprid and chlorothalonil on Rhopalosi-phum padi fecundity were studied.The results showed that the fecundity of Rhopalosiphum padi increased first and then decreased,with the increase of concentration of Chlorothalonil,showing the typical characteristics of hormesis;the treatment of 0.01 mg?kg imidacloprid could significantly stimulate Rhopalosiphum padi reproduc-tion.The treatment of 8 mg?kg chlorothalonil increased the soluble sugar content of wheat significantly by 102.64% over than the control.The treatments of 0.1,0.2,0.4 mg?kg imidacloprid increased the free amino acid content of wheat significantly by 19.10%,30.84%,30.09% over than the control respectively.With the change of imidacloprid concentration,the trend of Rhopalosiphum padi fecundity and wheat free amino acid con-tent was the same.关键词
