土地流转现状调查与分析--基于浙江、山东145户农户的调查与研究
Investigation and analysis of the factors affecting land circulation based on the questionnaire survey of 145 households from Zhejiang and Shandong
摘要
Abstract
Based on the 145 land survey data of Wenling City and Tiantai County in Zhejiang Province,as well as Ju’nan County in Shandong Province,the current situation of management and transfer,farmers’land cir-culation policy cognition,willingness of land transfer and its influence factors were studied.The results showed that,the land contracting households’age were older,reaching an average of 52.6 years old,the cultural level was generally low,with junior high school and below.Every farmer had an average cultivated land of 1 800 m2 , the fragmentation phenomenon of cultivated land utilization was more serious,and the small family business model was still the mainstream.The land transfer in Tiantai County was the most active,the second was Wenling City, Ju’nan county in Shandong province was poor.The majority of farmers were not familiar with land circulation policies and measures,most land circulation happened between the farmers,the proportion of land circulation through markets or intermediaries was rarely.The majority of farmers actually showed unwilling to transfer land attitude and unwilling to give up the land right of administration.关键词
