钎焊真空度对铜与铪钎焊接头组织及性能的影响
Effects of Brazing Vacuum Degree on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Copper and Hafnium Brazed Joints

Abstract
Copper and hafnium was brazed with 72Ag-28Cu filler metal in vacuum on condition that the brazing temperature is 840℃ ,the holding time is 1 5 minutes and the vacuum degree is 5.0 × 10-2-8.0 Pa. The effects of brazing vacuum degree on microstructure and mechanical properties of the copper and hafnium brazing joints were studied based on the microstructure and morphology of the brazing joints observed by scanning electron microscope (FESEM)and the shear strength of the joints tested with electrical universal material testing machine ZWICK-Z050.The results show that,with the increase of the brazing vacuum degree,the shear strength of joints increased first and then decreased.When the brazing temperature is 840 ℃ and the holding time is 15 minutes,the best vacuum degree is 2.0×10-1 Pa.关键词
