Abstract
Objective To observe the changes of event related potential P 300 and EEG in panic disorder ( PD) patients before and after hypnotic state . Methods Before and after hypnosis , P300 and EEG were recorded and compared in 29 PD patients. Results Compared with that before hypnosis state , P300 amplitude [(6.5 ±2.1) μV vs.(3.1 ±1.9) μV, P<0.05] and non-target P2 amplitude [(4.2 ±2.1) μV vs.(2.0 ±1.7) μV, P<0.05] decreased significantly . Significantly slower background rhythm of alpha wave was observed in hypnotic state [(10.3 ±0.8)Hz vs.(8.9 ±0.9)Hz, P<0.05]. Conclusion In patients with panic disorder, the changes of P300 and EEG in hypnotic state are helpful for clinical diagnosis .关键词
