Abstract
In this paper, an idea that ontology model and object-oriented model should be combined to describe civil aircraft customer service field is put forward, presenting ontology development method of the field, and deliberating the mapping rules and instance from ontology model to object-oriented model, so as to standardize and normalize terms of the civil aircraft customer service field , achieving sharing and reuse of knowledge.关键词
