Development Methods for Product Standards

Abstract
The demand backgrounds of developing product standards are elaborated in this article. Two types and four modes of product standards development are expounded. The general design contents of product design standards, performance specifications and manufacture-acceptance-inspection specifications are also discussed. And the research contents including design methods of product standards, structure-function and performance indexes, engineering indexes, and external exchange indexes are deeply discussed. Also in this paper the verification relations of product standards are elaborated, and the technical indexes and requirements of product standards are judged and weighed with advantages, producible status, manufacture costs, material-supply, society-harms and so on. Moreover, the necessary procedure contents of developing product standards are expounded.关键词
