Analysis on Quoted Standards in Industrial Products Manufacture Licenses Implementation Rules

Abstract
Citing several important industrial products as examples, this article catalogues the production license implementation rules of different products, and analyzes the quarantine of quoted standards, mandatory standards industrial standards, and overall standards, and the adoption rate of mandatory standards in the rules by metrology, expecting it would guide the future revision of the rules and adoption and application of standards, as well as be some of help for the timely and accurate use of standards in enterprise’s manufacture.关键词
