摘要

Abstract

Cultivation of high quality talents for standardization is the key to the smooth of standardization work. Based on defining the Competency Model, this paper reviews the relevant research literatures of training talents for standardization, and constructs the training system of standardization talents for on the basis of Competency Model in macroscopic. The training system of standardization talents should be based on interconnection, interaction, and overall enhancement, guaranteed by beneficial operation mechanism of mutual cooperation, multi-complementation and win-win, combined the cultivation methods of in-service education and school education, implementing scientific courses and targeted at cultivating standardization talents for the industry demand and the practice development.
