Abstract
The implementation control of the suppliers involved in the design and development is the inevitable requirement of the modern weaponry development. And the relevant design and development work of suppliers are the extension of organizational design and development capability. The paper interprets the related standards terms in detail, and then puts forward the ideas for supplier management in allusion to the two development modes:joint design, outsourcing design and development, and in the end points out that the good management of design and development process will lead to the success of projects.关键词
