关于江苏省食品安全追溯地方标准的研究
Research on Jiangsu Provincial Standards for Food Safety Traceability System
摘要
Abstract
As the food traceability system will be updated to the national law, it is urgent for Jiangsu province to establish a food traceability system. This paper firstly analyzes the existing problems in system construction and the characteristics of Jiangsu food traceability industry, and then explains how to combine the local industrial characteristics to build Jiangsu provincial food safety traceability standard system, and finally introduces the main technical scheme of provincial standards in this system.关键词
