Abstract
Centering on the standards knowledge connection under semantic web environment and discusses the relevant issues of knowledge access, organization, connection and services. It explains the structure of standards knowledge connection mainly linked to subjects and theme knowledge, as well as technology and methods. It illustrates the main methods for knowledge value add and personalized service based on knowledge connection, and puts forward the solution to in-depth consultation and services of standards knowledge.关键词
