Identification and Analysis on Characteristic of Energy Performance Contracting Services
摘要
Abstract
Centering the requirements of national policy, market and stakeholders' attention to the development and quality evaluation of energy performance contracting (EPC) services, and based on the relevant research on services and concepts and characteristics of productive service, the paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of the EPC services, and deeply identifies and analyzes the characteristics of EPC as a general service and productive service. The results provides references to the related quality evaluation and service certification of EPC services and other related conformity assessment work, including the selection of evaluation indicators, design of evaluation model, selection of evaluation methodology and certification mode, etc.关键词
