Risk Evaluation of Drug Residue in Export Aquatic Products by Analytic Hierarchy Process
摘要
Abstract
The paper determines the residual status of drug residues and the relative seriousness by analyzing the existing risk of drug residues (malachite green, chloramphenicol, nitrofuran metabolites, quinolones) in export aquatic products. With the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) theory of early warning on food security, a mathematical model is established to evaluate the risk of drug residues in aquatic products for export.关键词
