摘要

Abstract

This paper introduces the importance and necessary of constructing the standard system of laser propulsion. The system engineering thought is applied in the construction of the standards system. The frame and partial content of standards system of laser propulsion have been completed. The paper analyzes the function analysis and function distribution methods of Work Breakdown Structure(WBS), ICAM Definition Method(IDEM) and Timeline Analysis Sheet(TLS) used in construction of the standards system of laser propulsion.
